Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered! If something's not quite right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they're unworn and unused. Please note: Yeti products, mugs, and chapsticks are final sale and cannot be returned.

To start a return, email us at store@loveoneinternational.org with your order number, and we'll walk you through the next steps.

Please include the merchandise, packing slip, and a note explaining the return. Failure to include a packing slip or order number may delay processing of your return.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will refund you the cost of the item(s) within about one week from when the item is delivered to us. The original shipping cost will not be refunded unless the product is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete at the fault of the company. 

Once your return arrives, please allow 2–4 business days for it to be inspected and processed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange is complete.

Refunds typically take 2-3 business days to appear in your account once they have been processed but in some cases may take up to 10 business days.
