Shipping policy

In most cases, orders are processed within 3-5 business days*. Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specified. *Choosing expedited shipping methods does not decrease order processing and production times. 

• During peak seasons (holidays, sales, store openings, etc), processing may take additional time.
  

• We do not ship on weekends and holidays, which may delay the processing and shipment of your order.
  

If you are placing an international order, we are unable to guarantee the timeliness of arrival of your package, although orders arrive in 2-4 weeks in most cases. There may also be duty payments required at the time your package arrives, we are not responsible for the additional costs incurred on international orders.
